Position and Location:

 

We are currently seeking Journeymen Electricians in the Odessa, TX area. Shifts are a minimum of 4 weeks in. Flights, travel pay, lodging, and meal allowance provided. More details will be discussed during interview. Option of permanent relocation is available.

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Installs, repairs, and commissioning of electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures.

  • Installs cable tray, conduits, and pipes for electrical wires and cables.

  • Ensures systems complies with electrical codes.

  • Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.

  • Connects electrical systems to power sources to provide electricity for the process/equipment.

  • Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.

  • Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.

  • Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.

  • Replaces circuit breakers as needed.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Work on voltages from 0-750V.

  • Show up on time prepared for work.

  • Fill out and/or assist with job site hazard assessments.

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion.

  • Train and assign helpers on daily work tasks.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

 

  • Ability to read blueprints.

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.

  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.

  • Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of ROC Programmer in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is full time with the opportunity for overtime. Applicant must be based in the Oklahoma area or willing to relocate.

  • Order and stage material based on job scope.

  • Site addition and construction – Installing and setting up equipment to ROC Controller.

  • Tank level install and programming. 

  • Production manager programming.

  • Tank manager programming and set up using LACT meter units and Micromotion.

  • Making other devices work with ROC using Modbus and other protocols.

Offshore Technical Field Representative #AFCM-OTFR0322

Position and Location:

 

We are currently seeking candidates for an Offshore Technical Field Representative position for Cameroon, Central Africa. This position will be a pre-determined shift based on both company/client and employee expectations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Major focus on electrical & instrumentation related to rotating equipment, turbine control systems and related process control systems. Also experience with MCC/Switchgear equipment

  • General maintenance, testing, calibration, installation, and commissioning of electrical & instrumentation systems on an offshore platform.

  • Assist in the development of E&I maintenance plans on the platform as directed from client.

  • Assist client in developing future project plans and upgrades required on the offshore platform related to the turbine control system.

  • Regulatory compliance and strict adherence to all safety standards

  • Perform other duties and special projects as requested by management, including:

  • Pre/ Post project mobilization/demobilization procedures.

  • Project reporting.

  • Safety systems documentation.

  • Specification and sourcing of new and replacement equipment.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong electrical & instrumentation experience/aptitude in offshore environment.

  • A high degree level of relevant PLC programming skills and knowledge of turbine control systems through direct industry experience.

  • Senior level experience working on turbine controls, control room related equipment and associated panels related to turbines.

  • Power generation experience is an asset.

  • Comfortable travel/work in West Africa (Cameroon) on rotation (30 days on & 30 days off).

  • Comfortable working in an offshore, coastal, and inland marine environment is required.

  • Competent with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, and Project).

  •  Competent in reading and understanding standards and specifications of electrical & mechanical drawings.

  • Exceptional organizational & communication skills (both written and oral).

  • Helicopter safety and survival training is required.

  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.

  • Ability to adapt to last minute changes and redirect course of project completion accordingly.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Technical Diploma or Engineering degree will be a benefit.
